TIME AND MATERIALS
Repair Projects
Time and materials pricing is used in the service and construction industries to bill customers for a standard labor rate per hour used, plus the actual cost of materials used
FLAT RATE
Projects Estimates
Flat rate is a pricing structure charging a fixed fee for a specific service.
If unforeseen circumstances occur JS handyperson will always be open and transparent with regards to the changed circumstances. Any prices quoted will be the price at the end.

Our experienced techs can handle all your drywall, plumbing and minor electrical and troubleshooting. Our tech has seen it all. All our Master Handypersons have a minimum of 13+ years in the industry.
