Rent collection:
JS promptly Collects Rent payments on the 1st and 15th of each month, and deposits them into the bank within 36 hours. All late payments are closely monitored, as well as delinquent accounts.
NSF Fees and or judicial actions are made in accordance with Landlord Tenant act and the signed lease agreements.
Extra fees apply for any Judicial action taken on behalf of the landlord.
Dispute Resolution :

JS trained staff are experienced and proficient in multiple strategies of de-escalating disputes and  dispute resolution situations.  We can help find common ground, and push towards a win-win situation.
